Phillip Hight
Phillip co-founded Hight Knox Properties in 2015 and has been active in industrial real estate for the last 25 years. Phillip has advised and participated in over $2 billion of acquisitions with capital partners such as the Blackstone Group and Wells Fargo Real Estate. Phillip has acquired industrial assets in most major markets across the Southeast throughout his career.
Phillip’s relationships with brokers and his market knowledge has enabled Hight Knox Properties to be an active buyer and market participant throughout the Southeast.
Phillip received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He currently serves on the Terry College of Business Advisory Board and was formerly President of the NAIOP Georgia Chapter. He sits on NAIOP’s national industrial acquisitions Forum.
Hardman Knox
Hardman co-founded Hight Knox Properties in 2015 and has led the acquisition, revitalization, and construction of over 2.5 million square feet of industrial and office projects along with the entitlement of +/- 10,000 acres of land.
Hardman began his career with First Union’s Capital Markets Group helping underwrite and syndicate large commercial Real Estate loans. He later became the CFO of a Southeast based land development firm.
Hardman received his bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He is active with the Urban Land Institute, former member of the ULI Atlanta Advisory Board, Graduate of the ULI Center for Leadership Class of 2015 and Chair of the Center for Leadership Class of 2018. Hardman currently serves as an Emeritus Member of the Terry College of Business Advisory Board.
Josh Siegel
Josh joined Hight Knox Properties in April 2021 and has a broad background in investment banking and corporate finance.
Josh began his career with Stephens Inc. in their investment banking division focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising processes for family-owned, private equity owned and publicly traded industrial distribution and services companies. He later joined a portfolio company of Goldman Sachs private equity arm, Safe-Guard Products International, where he was responsible for a variety of corporate finance related activities and was directly involved in Safe-Guard’s more than $1 billion sale to Stone Point Capital.
Josh received his bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and is a former member of the Terry College of Business Young Alumni Board.
